Location: Asia, Middle East, bordering the Arabian Sea, Gulf of Aden, and Red Sea, between Oman and Saudi Arabia. Area: 527,970 sq- km. Principal cities: Sana'a, Aden, Al Hudaydah, and Ta'izz.
