Monks

Monks (religious persons) in India were revolted against the Britishers (foreign rulers) in the year 1763 AD. (Even though , the Britishers came to India in 1604 AD, solely on business purpose , but later on they changed their tactics and began to establish their rule in this vast country and their supremacy was confirmed after winning in the Placy war of 1757).
