You may have a milk tooth and even a sweet tooth. But do you have a Bluetooth? Well, if you do then you must be in synch with the latest technology because Bluetooth has in fact nothing to do with your teeth. Bluetooth refers to a new and innovative wireless technology somewhat similar to infrared technology used in remote controls of TV and other Audio and Video systems. But unlike infrared beaming, Bluetooth does not require devices to be aimed at each other!
Yes, this is possible because of this new technology. It provides connectivity between the computer and other devices without the need of wired connections ( unlike the usual PC-monitor-printer combination) enabling links between mobile computers, internet-capable mobile phones, handheld organizers etc. at a speed of 700 to 800 kilobits per second. The gadgets can be separated by as many as 8 metres and even by one or two walls. Imagine working on your laptop in the sitting room and sending the printout command to a printer located in the study!
